The staff were very polite and approachable. The food was amazing but make sure you read before you get the hottest wings (just a heads up).

Alcohol drinks are a bit overpriced and felt like they are stingy on alcohol. Food prices looked okay and staff were lovely.

The Tower Vaults is a small shopping mall next to the Tower of London and is part of a historic venue protected by UNESCO World Heritage site. The mall it was part of the warehouse Mazawattee Tea and which it was built in 1864 and demolished after the Second World war as most of that site it was bombed. Before that it was part of the Royal Hospital at St Katherine's. Now it has a few fast food outlets, Costa Coffee and souvenirs shops, and it was reopened in 1991.

Ate at the cafe before entry to The Gun Powder Plot Experience. Cafe is within the entrance, so it is very convenient, but give yourself time to order & eat as we had to leave over half our meal before we were called to begin the 'experience' So, our own fault! The 'Experience' was great. Actors play numerous characters involved in the 'Plot' & who encourage some verbal responses. Virtual Reality headsets give a fantastic effect of London at the time & enhance the atmosphere, resulting in a very realistic historical experience. Loved it!
